If you have already connected Rakuten bank to Moneytree as of the end of May 2020, you can upload your CSV files downloaded from your Rakuten online banking account to Moneytree in the following steps.
Login to the following account with your Moneytree ID.
2. Select the account you wish to upload.
3. Select a CSV file downloaded from Rakuten online banking account. (If you have not downloaded it yet, please download it from your Rakuten online banking account. If you click on "Read our FAQs" at the bottom of the page, there is a guidance which explains you how to download it. )

If you use the Rakuten debit card, please go to the section ③, then upload your CSV files.
4. Agree to the Moneytree CSV uploader Terms of Service, then click on "Upload CSVs". (This image shows that you have already agreed to the Term of Service.)
5. When a file is uploaded, you will receive an email from Moneytree.
If you have multiple files you wish to upload, select the correct account and follow the steps 3 and 4.
