If your email address has not been confirmed, you will not be able to receive notifications from Moneytree, such as notification emails and password reset emails.

If you did not complete the confirmation process at the time of registration, please see the following.

When you register a Moneytree ID, you will receive the following email. Please tap/click the “Confirm Email Address” button in the email to complete the confirmation process. If you’d like to receive the email again, please follow the steps below.

Login to Moneytree Web.


After logging in, click the Settings button in the top right of the screen, and then select “My Account Settings”.

The My Account screen is displayed. Select “Update Email Address” from the menu on the left, and then confirm that the email address displayed on the right side of the screen is yours, and is correct.

*If your email address is not your own, click on “Update Email Address” to change it.

To confirm your email address, click on the “Resend” button. An email address confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The confirmation process will be completed after you click/tap on the “Confirm Email Address” button in the email.
